hi sorry longish story i had a small clutch of graeca graeca eggs with i thought 3 fertile, at 60 days i candled them and could see one of them moving in the egg so i expected this one to hatch first. every day i checked and was able to see it move clearly,so when a different egg hatched first at 68 days i was surprised but not concerned ,then a second egg hatched at 70 days strange but my little friend was still waving at me so i waited so tonight i noticed it was franticly waving and i can see the bottom of the egg is going grey from all the rubbing inside the egg so although i am not an egg opener it is now95 days it has been waving and i think trying to escape for about a month.i suspect it has no egg tooth im going in.meet tich i hope he survives both eyes are open but small and he is really stunted how he survived i dont know he has no sign of a yolk sac or where it was and the inside of the egg was dry he weighs 6 grams and is so active its hard to hold on to him.i will be surprised but really pleased if he survives until morning he really deserves a chance.

hi and thanks for looking Pete,Kelly and Ade i dont hold out high hopes for him in the long term but i hope im wrong he is such a fighter he must be starved i gave him a bath then offered him a little food he pushed it around with his nose no sign of his mouth opening yet so he is back in in the incubator for tonight and i will check him in the morning and give him a quick drink before i go to work i should be finished and back before 2.30 so will sort him out then all going well .he is a little small to join the others for a couple of days until i know he can eat so will make him a mini table to go in the other one so he doesnt get eaten by the others one is almost 12 grams lol.update tomorrow ,good news i hope .

I'm glad he's out Terry :-D and I hope he makes it. I've had to do that a couple of times, they both made it, but they didn't go as long as Tich.
He looks good.

Thats what I call excellent husbandry and knowing what to do and when. He/she is a fighter, and I am sure he/she will go from strength to strength. (bet its a female:) )
I had a small one like that last year, unfortunately she had only one eye, but she is still with us, even if she is still small. But seems to be thriving.

Wow, Terry that little one really really deserves to make it , keeping my fingers crossed for you and well done for knowing what to do.
