Radiated for sale
 

Hi,

I have 2 radiated tortoises (Astrochelys Radiata) for sale. Both are male and they are 9 and 10 years old respectively. I have had them approx. 4 and half years (I got them from someone in this forum who in turn had got them from a German breeder). They are microchipped and have all the right CITES certificates. They are stunning animals and extremely friendly. I let them loose in the garden in the Summer as this species is extremely hardy. They graze on weeds in the Summer and Spring, and mixture of greens in colder months. They are 3.1 and 4.2 kilos in weight. They must be seen to appreciate their beauty. Happy to send pictures and/or for visits at home to see them in the flesh (recommended). Reason for sale is because I have to travel for work over 3 months a year and I also have 2 toddlers, so hardly have any time for them. These animals are extremely rare to find and it has been a long life ambition of mine to have them. Unfortunately I have to accept I can no longer devote the time to them that I would like. I am posting in Shelled Warriors only as I believe there are true tortoise lovers here, so I am not posting anywhere else for now as I would much rather ensure they go to a good home. The larger one is going for £2,000, the other one or £1,800. I will try to post pictures but for now it seems I don't have the permission to add attachments as I have not been on this forum for years. I will liaise with the moderators to see how I can post pics. Any genuine interest please contact me. I am also selling 2 stunning indian stars (a male and a female, both 5 years old, I am writing a separate thread for them).
