I recently purchassed a Slimline T5, my problem is that it only worked for 1 hour.I purchased the light from Surrey pets unfortunately I had put 2 small holes in unit to hang from chains. I full understand this makes any claims for faulty goods nil and void and I'm not hear to ask for a replacement. The light had worked ok untill i unplugged the unit and then plugged into a timer after which the unit stopped working. On openning ends of unit I could confirm no wires had been hit with hooks I had put in. I changed the fuse and checked buld which worked fine. My question is do Arcadia sell the inside part of the slimline? or is it only sold as one unit? I would be very greatful for any help or advice that you could give me.
