Editing Settings/Chat etc

Hi there

I am a new member of the forum and find that I cannot enter the Chatbox and also I cannot change any of my settings under User CP.


I assume the above is to do with the fact that I am a new member, but if I could get clarification that would be great - There is nothing mentioned in any of the rules about it
