a little help please

hi guys , i have a 1 year old herman tortoise that ive had since feb this year which ive called elliot, everything has been fine so far but earlier when i bathed him as normal in his plastic washing up bowl, i turned around to get his towel and i think i heard him sneeze. i got him out and watched him for a while and he seemed fine and didnt do it again. he doesnt have a runny nose or runing eyes but im just wundering if i should take him to the vet just to check him out , what do you think, thanks in advance

Don't panick yet it was probably water going down the wrong way :) when the tortoise is dry thats when you need to watch for sneezing and bubbles or discharge from the nose then we can assume that your tortoise has rns check tomorrow listen for sneezez etc if theres none he will no doubt be fine :)

hi linda, he seems fine no sneezing or runny nose or eyes, stomping around trying to eat everything in sight, so i think he's ok, i worry so much about him,

i worry with my 2 hermanns all the time, only last week one decided to bury himself and within 24 hours i had leaflets posted, local police informed and was well on my way to thinking the worst!! he showed up a day later of course and made me feal like a pleb...
