I typed out a really long post for a thread and clicked to post it and the thread disappeared!

What happened?? :sad:

this can happen if you take a really long time to type something

if im typing a really long reply

i always copy it

just incase it gets lost

then all you need to do is start and new post and click copy

I have had that happen before too Vicky but I am slower than the second coming at typing

Sometimes if a thread is in the wrong section, it may get moved to the correct one while you are typing a response. Or if a thread has been offensive or inflammatory it may have been prudent to move it off forum.

If you are twice as fast as me then you will be pretty slow ;-)
