well i ordered 1 a weelk ago and still haven't recieved it

i tracked it online and was told i was not at home and so they had given m a card

i was at home and no card was recieved

i've spoken to petsparade who inform me they will try to deliver it once more if i am not at home they will keep it 3 days in the hub ( whats a hub? lol) but as i have had no card i can not get intouch with hthe couriers i did find a tel no trid for 3 hours no luck

hpoing delivery might arrive tomorrow saturday :cry: :cry:

Hi linda, you shouldnt have any problem with Petsparade they were brill when I had a problem with my t-rex, anyway they are only in Wolverhampton, so you could go and sort em out!!!!!!!!! lol

ys i know my grief is not rally with petsparade but with the couriers they use they have told fibs!!

and yes now i realise how close they r i wished i had of fetched my own things in the 1st place

I have brought many Trex bulbs from pets parade and i asked to pick some up but they wouldn't let me :evil:

i have emailed petsparade to keep them up to date

now i have emailed courier service thy do not seem to want to answer their phone tried most of friday and half of today

lets see what they do next

i really thought my table would be up and running bye now i have got everything bar the light, when it says next day dlivery you do not really think it will take over 8 days

only took 11 days but this was not petsparade fault good arrived perfectly packed and in great working order

Do you need any particular lamp to fit it into or is just an ordinary lamp holder okay?

A well designed ceramic holder is needed since they'll easily melt a plastic one. You don't want to burn the house down now!

one of the websites recommended the t-rex metallic holder, it's about £25

You can some times pick them up on ebay second hand, i have brought two from ebay for £15 including postage its work a look.

my experience with pets parade so far....well for a reduced price you get a bit of a reduced service. First it's taken two weeks for me to get the items, well packaged though. However I was missing some items from my order and thank god I could remember what it was I had ordered as they don't send an email with what you've selected just a total amount.
